I am Jermaine Teves and welcome to my blog. I am a simple person who just wants to be fit no matter how much I weigh. My scale of fitness is not my weight, but on how long I can run without getting winded and on how my clothes fit me. The best feeling is when you can go to the fitting room and say to the saleslady that the pants are too big.
What is this Blog All About?

I am writing this blog to help people to overcome their fear of getting fit.
Running is a sport that does not discriminate because running comes naturally to a human being. Being on the heavy side can be intimidating. We may think people might laugh and make fun of us. You should be proud of yourself because you are doing something that will make your life better.
You just need to be consistent and believe that you will conquer those negative thoughts that are pestering your mind.
This blog is here to motivate you, inspire you and help you to achieve your fitness goals.
Also a reminder that English is not my primary language. I speak Filipino all my life, I learned speaking some English at school and watching American movies and TV shows. So please bear with me.
